A wonderful team who are professional and compassionate. A trusted brand in the community and all of my dealings with them have been great. Would definitely recommend.

Was my matter addressed? Yes, eventually. Was it dealt with in what I'd consider a professional and courteous manner? No. Was I communicated with regularly about the progress of the issue? Only after constant chasing! Did I receive regular invoices showing me what costs were being racked up as promised? Not one! Was the final bill a complete surprise? Absolutely, especially considering it was a straightforward matter in which all the work had been done before it was brought to them. So no, I don't recommend you use this firm. Typical law 'business' - all talk, no action (until prompted), no interest in their clients whatsoever.
