Smoothly sales process quality cars so happy with my 2018 bmw

They have an F with the better BBB for a reason. They would not allow me to take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic (despite multiple signs they have hung in their office informing the consumer that they can take cars to be inspected), but they said I could bring my mechanic to the lot. When I paid a mechanic to come inspect the vehicle they refused to allow him to test drive it. This was definitely a shady decision that told me all I needed to know about the vehicle and this business. Allen who originally showed me my car was very friendly, but overall I am very disappointed with the service. Just noticed one of the 5 star reviews they have on here is from someone actually named Bogus. Just wow.

If you don’t want to get completely scammed, LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE! I think they deleted my previous review but this place is HORRIBLE from the cars to the customer service to the mechanic. These 5 star reviews are either fake or written before they get their actual car. I bought one from them and I had to take it to the mechanic 3 times in the 1st month. Do your research before purchasing a car especially from dealerships like these. It’ll save you lots of time, money, and stress.

I bought a used 2017 Cadillac CTS. Runs fine. I'm a big boy when I sign a contract for something used and it breaks down the next day, that's life. I can't hold the small dealership liable for that. I will have to say that I met the owner and he's all business. He has a young man working for him name Alan, very Polite. Respectful of his elders. That's rare find today when it comes to our younger generation. When you visit this dealership ask for Alan he's a nice lad an asset to this company.

One of the smoothest transactions ever. Very professional and ethical. Super transparent. The A/C needed recharged and they had it done while we were getting the cashiers check. I think the entire process took about 2 hours from hello to goodbye! Their inventory looks stocked with very nice and clean cars. We bought a 2012 Escalade and it is super clean and drives great and the price was excellent.

Scammers. You can't even test-drive a car without completing the credit application (expect a dozen hard inquiries after you complete it). The website doesn't show the actual inventory. Highly recommend avoiding this place! Bought the car at the other place with much better customer service and good financing terms!
