This is my 2nd service visit to Cadillac of Calabasas for my 2022 Escalade. I can not say enough good things about Adrian Gonzalez and Elyana. Adrian was very patient; professional and knowledgeable in regards to my list of service tasks. Adrian and the service staff exceeded my expectations and my auto was ready sooner that I thought. Much Thanks Adrian!!! In regards to Elyana - She’s an angel! “Above and beyond the call of duty”, Elyana (while multi tasking other duties) assisted me with receiving only e-mails only (such as upcoming service appointments) and not text(s) messages. My sincere thanks to how wonderful Elyana was to me!! Will definitely inform others of the great atmosphere and service I received at Cadillac of Calabasas!!!

My first time having my 2022 Cadillac Escalade serviced at Cadillac of Calabasas. I cannot say enough good things about my Sean my Service Advisor. I gave Sean a list of issues to be addressed and requested an oil change & tire rotation (while I wait). I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed how Sean as well as the staff in Service promptly performed the requested services. After that great service experience, I called OnStar to update my Cadillac profile to show Cadillac of Calabasas as my "Preferred (Service) Dealer". Finally, I wish to praise the dealership's receptionists. I called the dealership at 7:00 AM - Twice. Once to schedule an appointment with service. The second time to change the appointment.
