Caboolture Discount Tyres

Was quoted $127 per tyre fitted and I walked out paying $800 for no name Chinese crap. I checked the price when I first called and then again when I booked it in. I also checked to make sure they had the tyres in stock and was only told they were waiting on a delivery once my original tyres were stripped off. My original tyres had 50-80% tread left and it was a fight to get these back. 2 hours I had to wait and I could have gone into any Bob Jane, Dunlop or Beurepair and got good name brand tyres fitted in 30min for $600 or less. On a side note the facilities were broken and busted and smeared with literal shit. Don't go here, go literally anywhere else.

Placed an order through tyroola for one tyre to be fitted on the 8th the tyre was delivered on the 9th. Called the shop on the 11th to confirm tyre had arrived and spoke to David who was pretty abrupt totally dismissed what I was saying like he wasn’t even listening to my queries on when I could bring the car in he said apparently the tyre wasn’t there yet and then just hung up mid conversation??? So I Called tyroola who in fact confirmed that the tyre had been delivered on the 9th. I have it a couple days and called back again but was given the same scenario just said he’d call when ready…… Come on now it’s one tyre to be fitted how can it be such a struggle to get the job done it’s been 2 weeks since tyre was delivered to the shop through tyroola still no correspondence from David so we got the car done elsewhere and requested a refund through tyroola. This guy would struggle to run a bath let alone a business. Save yourself the drama and take your money else where this guy couldn’t care less about his customers who mind you pre paid online.

EXCELLENT SERVICE... during the Christmas New Year break. Needed new brakes and David & the boys did them straight away even though he was limited with staff. They went over and above what was required. Also included a mini service free of charge. Heaps of work done for the price and it was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Can't thank you enough, got my son back on the road so he could get to and from work. Highly recommend and we'll be back. Thanks again.
