Absolutely love the studio! It's my second home Rafaela is amazing, she really cares for her students. I've been doing pole dance for more than 1 year now and can't image my life without it anymore. I have learnt so much and grown stronger and more confident since going there. Also Beautiful students and instructors, everyone is so helpful and no judging. It's a place to be yourself! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

C Solta Pole Dance Studio in Taringa is my new happy place and I genuinely mean it! From my first session at C Solta, I felt very welcomed by Rafaela. Rafaela is an amazing yet caring instructor who creates an absolutely positive and safe environment for both beginners and those more advanced. Rafaela always ensures our safety first and is also great at communication. I did not think I would love pole dance THIS much but it is my newfound passion, due to the amazing support from Rafaela as well as the lovely students in her classes. Words alone cannot express how great C Solta is, I am grateful to have such a patient yet encouraging instructor like Rafaela, who creates such a positive environment for us students. ❤️ You need to try pole dance at this studio, you will definitely not regret it.

I really recommend C Solta Pole Dance Studio for some reasons. Firstly, because they are in a new, fantastic and well located space; All the staff are very friendly and polite, and they help you with all the information you need to start your activity; And the main reason, because they offer different types of training in the studio and that helped me find what I was looking for. I love the Body Movement class, by Professor Rodrigo, because it is a dynamic class, very fun and makes me move my whole body. I also have done the Boom Leg class and I highly recommend it. You should try it!

C Solta is not like any other pole studios… I’ve never experienced such feeling, such comfort, such love, or such passion. I’ve never met someone that inspires and motivates others as much as Rafaela! I can say she started as a trainer, and now she is a friend that always pushes me to my greatest potential. The studio is extremely clean, spacious, not many poles so you have enough space to do everything! It also adapts to different vibes so if it’s a more fitness like class, or if it’s a choreography class… the room embraces the feelings and the atmosphere becomes just perfect! Use your imagination and “c solta”! Rafaela pays attention to you, your technique and safety at all times! She makes you feel safe and most importantly, comfortable. I am unable to put into words how much these classes are life changing! Give them a go, regardless if you have or haven’t tried pole dancing before. You won’t regret it.
