Poor communication, questionable product recommendations and high fees. A customer advisor recommended that I build up a provision for 20 years and invest monthly. However, I was never informed that this product is managed by the founder of the company and they were earning twice as much. In addition, the fees would have been around CHF 45,000 over the entire period and the performance was far below the benchmark.

Unfortunately there was no changing table nearby and no large toilet nearby. In my opinion I would put another common sense account manager at a booth! For me, a consultation with such a company is out of the question!

A BZ adviser advised me to cancel my "old life insurance". Reason: there would be no distributions for life insurance policies from stock corporations - these would only exist for the shareholders, but that would not be the case for policyholders of the life insurance companies. I was calculated how much I would pay with the "old life insurance" on the basis of the guaranteed capital. I was shocked: I was immediately advised to sign the new policy that had already been submitted by another insurance company, which I did. A short time later I called the company of the "old life insurance" and asked if there was no distribution with you. Yes, while there are no guaranteed payouts, there are usually seven, annually. In order to "bring one's own insurance solution to the people" the old one was exaggeratedly badmouthed although it actually isn't that bad- A short time later, another independent consulting firm considered the same insurance policy that had already been taken out to be good "no, we wouldn't advise canceling it, that's fine". It may be that the BZ offers good services: but PLEASE not at the price that other good life insurance policies that have already been taken out are canceled by hook or by crook (that means you also lose money (!))

I know the BZ very well and I really enjoy the team of consultants that worked on my case and the solutions we found back then. There were some difficult things for me, and my requirements were correspondingly high, but the consultants worked out a great concept for my financing, pension and investments, with which I save a lot on taxes! :D Thank you, you spared no effort!
