Nothing but praise for the Winchester group and the store. Equipment has mechanical problems eventually, and I have recently had some bad luck with my rentals. Sam has always went above and beyond to make those types of situations right!

We live out of state and have rented UTV'S ,DITCHWITCH ,AND OTHER HEAVY EQUIP AND Jonathan at service Desk is always who we ask for!!!He is awesome,trustworthy young man...That makes sure we are able to get the job done.Thanks,for everyone else being very nice and helpful as well.!!!

We rented a man lift for the weekend. After day one the hydraulic line sprung a leak and we were not able to work any more on day two. Our project was not finished! They gave us a 10% discount for their faulty equipment.. We will not be back! No, we rented for an 2 day 8 hr weekend. We only used 1hr of time on the lift before it broke. We got roughly half the work done. My husband suggested 50% and was told 10% was all you could do. So it wasn't much of an agreement. No you don't have to worry we will not be back. Update 11/14/19 The company has worked with my husband to correct the situation.

5 Stars. Been in this hardware, service, & rental place 3 times. Always extremely professional and very extensive inventory of all things needed. All they need is a coffee pot and I would hang out there more...lol This Hardware & Rental Ctr is an all inclusive place for most any project farm/home. However, two things that make it one of my favorite places to do business is the level of customer service from RENZO & the gentleman at the Service Desk. Double their salaries, they are as important as the dependable equipment I have rented there. I'm never concerned if something I rent from here will break down, or not start etc...
