Service advisors didn’t really seem too impressed when my husband and I showed up asking for our tire pressure to be check and air put into the tires. With attitude was told “techs on lunch” I have worked with the automotive industry and you can ask anyone to come and help with a simple tire check and they will! When handed back my keys the service advisor couldn’t even smile or look us in the face. Customer service 0!
I’m going to write this review well it’s fresh in my mind. My vehicle was recently stolen, we’ve been attempting to locate a vehicle nationally because the vehicle we’re looking for is hard to find. I spoke with a sales person regarding the vehicle and asked him simple questions, is it available ect? He calls me back to let me know it’s available and I ask for pictures, he says to me “ I have to ask you some questions first before I do that”. This was so odd but whatever I answered his first question, THEN he proceeds to ask me what I do for work? I said okay my work place is legit irrelevant I literally want pictures of the vehicle being hours away and in a time crunch looking around. (I understand if we start paperwork absolutely this is all relevant) I asked him again for the pictures he said I need to know what you do for work I said why? He literally responded “we only sell to certain types of people”. I asked for his sales manager immediately and this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING GENERAL MANAGER PAT tried to excuse this sales managers behaviour by stating “they only sell to certain types of people” ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. And a GM who endorses his sales guys behaviour! Disgusting! I’m literally reporting them to GM right now!
Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I worked with Mandi and she was very understanding of our situation. We were looking for a relatively cheap second vehicle. I didn't feel pressure to purchase outside my means. I have encountered a lot of crazy prices this year and the price I was given for my car was definitely not marked up. Overall very happy with the service and expertise of this dealership.
Absolutely loving my 2018 Camaro that I got from Butler this winter. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with and made leasing the car from Toronto smooth and simple. I would gladly get my next car from them and hope to do business again with Charlie and his team in the future.
So I went in to look at a truck I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. This was my 4th time buying all at different dealerships over the years. Best part of the experience was our sales person Andrew wow he was amazing and there was no pressure to buy. Also meeting Mr Butler I am amazed with the professionalism at the dealership. They were willing to do everything possible to make you happy and wanted to ensure you had a good experience. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible Definitely the best place to make a deal in the area highly recommend them go see Andrew. And for the finance department Bart was amazing and super friendly. We love our new truck.
