The folks at BTA Self Storage were very friendly and really helped us with our storage needs. The facility is secure and well maintained, and we never worried about the safety of our belongings during the time we rented there. Like many storage companies, BTA has had to raise prices over the past five years. However, you will not have to worry about the security of your items if you rent through BTA in Royce City.

For as much as they went up in monthly charge; $185, you would think they would have taken care of the rodents better. There was droppings everywhere and damage to my boxes and my brand new sauna still in the box.

GREAT experience with BTA self storage! We were able to get great communication and they found us a storage the perfect size that we were looking for. Definitely great people to work with and the prices are good too! I would recommend you check them out if your looking for a place to store your things. ☺️

My experience with BTA Self Storage has been terrific. I brought a 35 foot Motorhome from Ohio and wanted to come in on a Sunday when their office is closed. Brianna took my calls and was very helpful getting all of the paperwork done with emails. She provided exceptional customer service. If only everyone was that pleasant to deal with. BTA should be very proud to have her as an associate. The facility is perfect for my needs and reasonably priced.
