BTA Self Storage / Uhaul has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Uhaul rental was streamlined and only took a few minutes to get the keys and be on my way.

Viviana was very courteous and helped me determine exactly what size unit I needed . Very knowledgeable and professional and she made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Thank you Viviana Smith for the outstanding customer service I will definitely recommend your facility to friends and family . Keep up the great work .

Was looking for a storage unit close to where I moved and out of all the ones I looked at Wills Point BTA was the best result! The staff was very helpful especially Mitzi! If it weren't so expensive I'd give it 5 stars. Super clean, friendly and easy to navigate. Although BTA = better than average; they are way beyond any of their competition when it comes to the quality of their facilities - and their service. But if price is your hot button I wouldn't use them. These smaller towns that are growing outside of DFW are perfect for businesses like this and they'll have more competition soon enough. But for now, if you want the best - this place is it, for sure. The whole experience was friendly, efficient and easy. Just be prepared to pay for it.

1st impressions are everything. BTA has made a lasting first impression in my book. They were very easy to deal with, within 15 minutes had my new unit with lock and reassurance in my mind, that all my belongings are safe inside. They even gave me the rest of the month free!! 56 dollars in savings. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
