Can't say enough, how absolutely awesome my experience was!! Andrew provided detailed information, great insight too. I called back to make the reservation the next morning and spoke with Andrea and Viviana, they were fabulous. Moves are stressful, but they made it calm and reassuring that taking care of us was the most important concern!! So nice to see people focused on providing great and caring customer service. I have used the BTA storage unit for several years without any complaints.The units are clean, air conditioned and safe. Recently transferred into a larger unit that my son had used for the past several years. The staff is amazing and the paperwork was completed flawlessly and efficiently. I recommend this location without hesitation. 5 Stars for location, safety, cleanliness, and efficient staffing.
