Best customer service hands down. This pass New Year Eve. I had got pull over for no insurance. But I had/have insurance I called Joe after hours might I add. And he went out of his way to help me even stayed on line until the officer let me go. I'm in good hands and you will be as well. Thanks Joe for helping me out.
The best place for your insurance needs
I had a really good experience here. It was funny how I came to meet these people while I was looking for insurance and calling around he called me and gave me a rate and I laughed and hung up on him not realizing that the next day my husband gave me directions to a place he heard about and as I sit down and explain my situation he tells me yeah we talked yesterday you hung up on me and laughed. But he was super cool about it and even though I was being viscously rude to him. But he worked with me til he found the best rate possible for me. Was super friendly. And professional. Which is to say I'm not moving companies anytime soon.
He is the very best and extremely talented man and helpful at all times
Honestly, if there were an option for zero stars, this agency would receive it. Absolutely no issue getting your bill mailed on time, but file a claim and it is a different story altogether. We called for a small claim, we were told to expect a call from adjuster. Needless to say, that call never came despite numerous attempts and voicemails left on our part to the adjuster. We called and spoke to the Owner to see about rectifying the situation. Not only was he condescending and rude, but after promising that he would contact the adjuster and call us back guess what…HE NEVER CALLED! Just received what will be our last bill. Taking our business elsewhere.
This a great place to do business with, the people there actually know who you are and care enough to look and see if they can get you a better price on your insurance. They have have never been anything but friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help.
