We have extremely positive feedback to give to Alex, and Brown & Merry. We viewed our prospective house to rent at a time convenient to ourselves. Alex is very professional, quick to attend to queries and concerns. Sophie was helpful too while we pursued further in making the references, contract and other admin works. THE BEST part was that Alex patiently explained everything during the viewing without rushing us. I doubt that we would be able to see this nature in any other agents in the current world. Excellent service, personal and helpful. Very professional company and Alex and Sophie know exactly what they’re doing. I highly recommend for letting services. My house was let to quality tenants who moved in within a week of it becoming available! Everything that needed doing to make that happen was organised by this pair of superwomen!

I never normally leave reviews on Google but after receiving amazing service regarding renting a property, I thought it deserved one. Not only has Alex been super professional throughout, she is also easy to communicate with and very helpful in other areas too! Alex Read's done a fab job for us! We were looking to rent out our property and had engaged B&M Estate Agents. Alex was quite proactive, with sorting out keys collection, contracts and paperwork but best of all - she had the tenant sought out before the property even got on the market. So far, very impressed with these guys. Well done!

Agent Alexandra Read was so helpful and after so many weeks of trying to find a flat she helped us secure an amazing place! She was so friendly and helpful and even rang us to let us know she was still going to call us back and that she is just busy and hasn't forgotten etc. We have met with quite a few estate agents in the last few years and not all really make the effort when they know the place will get taken anyway.
