I've had to wait a few minutes in the dri e thru...but issues do come up. Staff is always very nice. It totally beats waiting at Walmart

Wouldn’t fill a prescription stating, “We’re reserving our stock for patients who have been filling with us.” Not the best marketing plan I’ve heard of for acquiring new business.

Michelle is one of the most horrible technicians I’ve ever dealt with. She makes up “company policies” as she goes along and professes to be every bit as educated as my surgeon:)…. She couldn’t even manage to write down the correct phone number for her boss when I asked for it. You would think attention to detail would be of the utmost importance to someone in the field of pharmacy. Most of the folks in this store are great to deal with, but the stank of Michelle’s attitude and attention to detail will keep me away.

My daughter had 2 ear infections and was prescribed 10 days of antibiotics each time. Both times they did not provide enough. When I contacted them about it the question was if I was providing the correct dosage. My wife and I have over 18 years providing medical care. We understand dosage. Not the best pharmacy available.

I’ve had way good experiences here. I went with my wife most recently here and the guy behind the counter was way nice. The interior was clean and well kept. Also, probably cause it is next door to a Papa Murphy’s, it smelled really nice in there. So overall it was a good experience and probably the best one I’ve had at a pharmacy.
