Brocks Flooring

I had a fine customer experience with Brocks from the start up until 15 months after installation, but the boards cracked/checked in the winter (like every 12th board), and they left me high and dry. Now I have a terrible looking $20 grand floor and 'sorry about your luck' letter from Brocks. I expected they would stand behind their product.
