Admirable and highly committed and professional effort in the successful sale of our house. We always felt well looked after and represented. It couldn't be better! Unfortunately, I have to say that I was absolutely dissatisfied with the way Mr Toves worked. At first he was friendly and tried hard, created a very nice exposé and a virtual tour and spent a lot of time and work on visits. But since it turned out after a while that our property wasn't that easy to sell, Mr. Toves tried to put us under pressure several times so that we should sell the property well below its value. In my case, he used a ridiculous YouTube video to instill fear in me of an uncertain economy. This is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior! When the brokerage contract was terminated by Mr. Toves, I was able to privately achieve the sales price I wanted! So this was possible after all, even if Mr Toves made every effort to convince us otherwise! I would keep my hands off this type of agent!
Mr. Knollmeyer was always available for us during the purchase and afterwards and took care of all the things that needed to be clarified. He is extremely helpful and finds a solution for everything. We can recommend him and the company without reservation.
