Braxton Waterleigh

Just moved in this week. So far, it’s been great! Clean grounds, clean apartment… and a community event already! I’m looking forward to settling in and will update review in a few months!

We are new residents and we are loving living here! All very clean, new and well taken care of! The neighborhood is also wonderful! The office staff is also very helpful!

New Management is unresponsive. You can ask questions over and over and nobody responds ever. I’ve been here 16 months the first 15 were amazing this last month is a horror movie. Once you give notice to vacate they no longer care about you.

I moved in these apartments October 2020 and absolutely loved it! It was called Ascend waterleigh at the time, management was great and also responsive through text and phone calls. Then they changed management to Braxton waterleigh and everything went down hill… they stopped pressure washing the halls in the buildings, the doggy park grass is always high, when I text questions or call the office no one responds.. all I can say is the apartments are beautiful on the inside but the neighborhood is looking trashy. They still have a banner as the sign and it’s been months. I think it’s time to get that banner off it looks tacky. They only allow two guest per apartment at the pool, but the new place I’m moving too allows you to reserve a section to throw pool parties, they allow so much more and it’s also an apartment complex. I feel Braxton is too strict and forget that people need to live… too strict but also very lazy… just happy to be moving out of this place… I know I’m not the only resident that feels this way either because I’ve spoken to other residents and they say the same. I hope management can’t fix their issues and become better again! Wish you all the best 😊

Have had a work order in for 2 weeks to fix the gray water coming out of our bathroom sink. We’ve been brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink since. So that about sums up living here.
