guy working the cashier is a creep and a liar. this was the employee working friday morning may 29 2026 at 5 am. there was also an extra $5 charge from this place on my card that i never authorized. he turned off the pump as i was pumping, the screen said “pump stopped”. i told him about it and he was playing stupid, but i watched him press something to turn it back on and once he did, i watched the screen change to show it was working again. this “smart” guy came outside thinking he’s slick, saying “let me try” and of course, it was working now that he turned it back on. he started pumping it no problem and then laughed at me like i’m an idiot who hasn’t figured out how to pump gas in the 10+ years i’ve owned a car. whatever, i dont want to argue at 5 in the morning so i just said thanks and tried to take the pump but he kept pumping for me. we’re standing there in silence and he tells me “your car is very dirty” after he’s done, i needed to buy a lighter so we went in the store together and he starts asking me personal questions, where i live, where i work. then he tells me “you look tired drink some coffee” why are you negging me at this hour? when you look like a bridge troll? and are 40+ years old working as a gas station attendant? oh, duh. that’s exactly why! i will never come back to this gas station and recommend any woman reading this to never come here either.

I visited this station and was very annoyed. The gas station attendant tore off my tank mount 🤯 When I started to say that somehow this question was on the level, they just insulted me and replied that everything was so 😫 Although this is not true, I ask the management to deal with this issue today

A lot od bad reviews but servise and gas it ok for me is perfectly fine the employes always attend and polite and also no body is perfect.

"I've stopped at BP a few times, mainly because it's conveniently located, but each visit leaves me a bit more frustrated. The gas quality itself seems okay, but that's where the positives end. The customer service is consistently underwhelming; the staff often seems uninterested and unhelpful, like they're doing you a favor just by being there. What really gets me, though, is the pump speed. It's painfully slow! I feel like I'm wasting half my life waiting for the tank to fill. If you're not in a rush and don't need any assistance, BP might be tolerable, but if you value your time or expect decent service, I'd recommend driving a little further to find a better option."
