Completely a money hungry establishment! You're not allowed to call in (a hour ahead) & let them know that you may possibly be a few minutes late. I was told not to be a minute late to my appointment (after calling a hour ahead) or I won't be seen. I showed up 3 minutes after my appointment & was ATTEMPTED to be charged a $25 late fee! Then to add insult to injury, they ASSURED me that due to system failure, my prescription would only be sent out a hour late. This did not happen & I called several times to only eventually be ignored 15 minutes before closing. They have my money, my pharmacist still hasn't received my prescription & I am out of medication. Very unprofessional & uninformative.

This office has very positive employees and they make my visit easier to handle. Especially, when I’m in a lot of pain and extremely anxious. Thank you all for your kind words each time I have an appointment.

Simply the most unprofessional and money focused pain management office I've ever been to. After 1 year of being a patient i don't think any of my 3 DR's had actually performed any test or even went as far as asked my how my condition was feeling that month. I sat down and would leave in less than 5 minutes with my script of narcotics which have caused nothing but more problems... love my new DR and not a pill popper anymore thanks to a real professional.

This particular medical facility And or doctor's office. Is truly great. The girls in there are so much help. And the doctor Is even greater? They have a lot of love care and concern. For a person's health and well-being. I greatly appreciate them and all that they do for me. And what I'm going through medically. They don't deserve 5 stars. They deserve 10.
