Boyer Hill Military Housing

I would like to recommend for management to get engaged with what is going on with their employees at this facility. I've tried on multiple occasions to call and get information on housing availability. The first time I finally reached a person I was disconnected not once, but two times while being connected to another person. Then if you ask if they received your e-mails the excuse will be that your e-mail went to my "spam" folder. Follow-up e-mails will go unanswered. Additionally, how can these folks work here for years and still can't give a person an "estimate" on when housing may be available? Please get it together folks. If you don't like the job move on.

They try their best to take care of you. The unit I got was great and very clean, the staff have been great to work with, and maintenance is pretty reliable. No complaints

My family and I just recently moved out of our house here at Boyer Hill after living in it for four years. Going into the final inspection I had all the horror stories I’ve read here in the comments running through my mind, but nothing like that happened to us. Throughout the inspection, if we had missed anything, we were able to clean it on the spot and we didn’t get the “military white glove inspection” like other people claim. We do have 2 kids and a couple German Shepherds, so we knew that we were going to get hit on some of the carpets, but even with that, if the carpet was vacuumed and there were no urine stains, we were not charged. We did put in many days of cleaning the house to get it inspection ready, so maybe they noticed that and cut us a little slack. Everything wasn’t perfect all the time here, but the staff at Boyer Hill were always professional and friendly with us.

You revoked housing from a military family because they are building a house off base (a process that just started and will take 6-12 months to complete). Then you had the audacity to take veteran’s day off “in honor for those who served”. Don’t you dare act like you care about us and then pull something like this. DO NOT MOVE ON BASE.

The staff is wonderful, the community is wonderful and love how close it is to everything!
