I haven't used a storage facility for many years, but the Worthing store was easy to get to grips with. The id checks were well laid out and easy to complete, and the manager was helpful and showed me around the building and it's facilities. I was particularly impressed as having a disability he took his time to show me the easiest way to access my unit and move around the building.

Wonderful experience - I was 2 larger items short of fitting into my storage unit and Maria was super kind to let me utilise another unit free or charge for 24hrs whilst I made other arrangements for those items. Friendly service and really well priced in comparison with other storage units in the Sussex area.

Organised this from Greece, everyone at Worthing very accommodating and helpful via phone and email. Made the process easy. Have now visited the storage on my recent visit to the UK, the 24 hour access is very handy and I'm more that satisfied with the unit we've got and security of the facilities. Definitely recommend
