Boxx Storage Burgess Hill

Absolutely awful service. The manager of Burgess Hill branch was extremely rude and obnoxious. Had to make a complaint to regional manager who, after listening to my phone call with the Burgess Hill staff, issued an apology and refunded me the overpayment I had been incorrectly charged. Would not recommend this storage facility. Staff don't seem to know what they're doing and the behaviour of Gary, the manager, was absolutely appalling. In my opinion the staff need some urgent retraining.

Easy check in process. Items to assist with storage (boxes, tape etc etc) all readily available in the shop. Very easy to park, load and move items into storage. Reasonable rates.

From initial enquiries right through to the day we arrived with our stuff, everything was super clear and well communicated. Competitive prices. The day we checked in was really smooth and easy and Gary did a great job. Would definitely use again to store our items.

Helpful and efficient service. Good security features and clean, tidy, light facility. Marc, Gary and colleagues all very helpful and informative in emails etc as I organised this from some distance away. Would recommend.

I would 100% recommend using Ready Steady Store Burgess Hill, right from the first phone call advising cost and availability to the moment I had finished with my storage unit nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff, Gary and Marc are more than happy to help you with any queries that you may have but you probably won't have any as they explain everything very clearly from the start. Excellent service would definitely recommend and would definitely use again

I looked at a couple of storage facilities near Burgess Hill, but found this to be the most competitively priced and to offer the best facilities with easy access. Marc was very helpful in showing me round the unit and in setting up the payment plan. Moving my property in was very straightforward.
