This is the place to get a mattress! The owner cares about his clients and makes sure they get what they need! You can tell he has been in the business and knows what he’s doing. The pricing is great and the man behind it all has a heart of gold. They sell high quality products at truly unbelievable prices!!!
UPDATE TO UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Your response to my review was not entirely true. I did pick up the phone, to ask if I could exchange the mattress & you said no that you wouldn’t take it back if you refer to my original review where you said you would not take it back once a mattress has been opened in a home. As for you suggesting I bought that “frame” to avoid moisture, the mattress collected plenty of moisture out on the lanai where it sat for three weeks because you were not much help to your customer. I have never had a problem with a store, exchanging or taking back anything that I purchased for something different. Wish you much luck in your business. Deserves no stars. I bought a mattress a couple weeks ago from this place. Couldn’t make it to the store asked the manager if he could pick a firm but comfortable mattress for me, he was very accommodating in that way, however I paid $450 for “god knows what”! He talked me into not getting a box spring, instead getting a shoddy Frame which is so cheaply made says it holds “1000” lbs, hard to believe. He’s a one man show & after setting up the bed and laying in it for three hours at night I ended up on the couch. The next morning I moved the mattress out to the lanai , where it still sits. He said “ no returns after it’s been in a home.” SHODDY MATTRESS, SHODDY BUSINESS!
Super knowledgeable and informative! So happy we came here to check it out. I have never liked spending thousands of dollars on a mattress, buy they had the warehouse set up for different price ranges. We went mid range and I am thrilled and excited to get away from back pain.
