Amazing Tour — We had the best time with Bout India. Everything was organised perfectly especially helped having the best driving Vikram!! They organised amazing hotels, lovely tour guides in each city and it was all so easy with our driver connecting with each tour guide ahead of our arrival so we didn’t have to think about anything. Vikky was the loveliest, always making stops and showing us great lunch places every day and even took us for tea and to a cow sanctuary which was amazing. He took so much pride in ensuring the car was clean, we had cold water and snacks at all time. We would really recommend Bout and Vikky for anyone travelling to India and Rajasthan.

About Leh trip — The team was very well organized, and both our driver and tour guide were extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed every part of our Ladakh trip and had an unforgettable experience. ❤️ The only thing that touched my heart in a sad way was seeing so many hungry, weak, and lonely stray dogs throughout Ladakh. 🐕💔 I sincerely hope that tour companies, local businesses, and shops can come together to take some responsibility for these animals—by providing food and water, supporting sterilization programs to help control the population, and ensuring that the dogs receive basic care. I absolutely loved Ladakh—the breathtaking landscapes, the people, and the whole experience. My only wish is that these beautiful places could also be kinder and safer for the helpless animals living there. ❤️🐾

Magical Ladakh — If you've come this far searching for a reliable tour operator for your trip to India then look no further. Bout India is the one for you. I have just returned from a 12 days bespoke trip across Ladakh, and I felt that I couldn’t have done it without the efforts of everyone at Bout India. Traveling through Ladakh has always been a dream for intrepid travellers, but the logistics of getting around the region, to the many sights, through remote locations, seemed daunting. Finding Bout India’s website made all the difference. I was in constant communication with Sonal, and she worked with me to devise a great itinerary. I already had a pretty clear idea of where I wanted to go, and Sonal took that framework and made all sorts of useful suggestions to make it better on many levels. All the people that I worked with, the guides and drivers, were excellent. They were honest, responsible and respectful. It was a pleasure to be exploring the region with them. They are just extremely great people to spend time with. The price quoted was reasonable, which included lodging, domestic flights, transportation, fuel and guiding. I have to give special credit to Laxmi, my trip coordinator, for her dedication and commitment in making my trip a success. She was my contact person, available 24/7, for any kinds of support, and also ensuring that the daily activities run smoothly. Six stars out of five. Highly recommended.

Incredible India — We spent 22 fabulous days touring India in April/May 2026. Our trip was expertly organised by the wonderful team at Bout India. They listened to everything we wanted to do, the pace we prefer to travel at, the experiences we were expecting and then delivered everything perfectly and exceeded all our expectations. The entire team were brilliant from booking, through each and every one of the twenty two days to our final departure from India. The Bout India team curated so many wonderful experiences that will live on in our memories forever. We had a tour with bout India visiting Delhi and Agra. The guides knew about the history of the places and were very professionnel. Bout India was able to accomodate us with some of the best hôtels in Delhi and Agra and were kind anought to take our needs and wants into consideration. Bout India — The Golden Triangle Done Properly Highlights * A dedicated driver for the entire 9 days — always early, always prepared * Three exceptional city guides, each with their own strengths * Rajasthan Day celebration at the Albert Hall, Jaipur — hard to get tickets secured for us, with front-of-house positioning arranged on the night * Thorough pre-briefing that helped us sidestep a well-known Delhi scam * Seamless logistics throughout across three cities I've used local guide companies for private tours for a few years now, but I'm always careful to make sure I'm working with someone reputable. The reviews for Bout India were strong, and it didn't take much digging to feel confident they were the real thing. I had brief initial conversations with three Indian tour companies before deciding Bout India was the best fit — they were willing to tailor the itinerary to exactly what I wanted, offered plenty of useful advice in finalising things, and did it all at a good price. Communication was excellent throughout the planning process, with phone calls offered if I preferred them, which was a nice touch given the time zone gap. When visiting somewhere like India, having someone manage all the logistics matters. Bout India delivered on that in a big way. We did a private tour of the Golden Triangle over nine days — Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Our driver Gordan was with us for the entire trip. He met us at the airport on day one with flowers, drove us everywhere we needed to go, and had us at the airport in the early hours on departure day without a hitch. The traffic in India — particularly Delhi — is something else entirely. It appears to operate without rules of any kind, yet somehow Gordan seemed to glide through it all with complete calm. The car was always clean, snacks and water always provided. He was excellent company too. Each city came with its own guide, and all three were outstanding. SP in Delhi was exceptionally knowledgeable, but what stood out was his practical advice for when we were out on our own. Near Connaught Place there's a well-organised group of well dressed friendly young men that run a scam on tourists. SP briefed us so precisely on what to expect — the approach, the script, the whole sequence — that when it happened we spotted it immediately and walked straight past. That kind of local knowledge is worth a lot. In Agra we had Manu — knowledgeable, good company, and refreshingly relaxed about the itinerary. He made clear from the start that we could slow down, speed up or change direction depending on what we wanted. It made for a more enjoyable day knowing we weren't being marched through a fixed schedule. In Jaipur, Karna was completely committed. No effort was spared to make sure we got the most out of our time there. He managed to get us tickets to the Rajasthan Day celebration at the Albert Hall — not easy to come by — and on the night used his local connections to get us near the front of a very large and packed venue. He stayed well into the evening to make sure we got the full experience. That's above and beyond by any measure. Everything ran smoothly across all nine days. Bout India are exactly what we wanted from a tour company — organised, knowledgeable, good value, and genuinely invested in making the trip work. Highly recommended.

When we first booked the communication was excellent. So we decided to pay the deposit. Then there was a gap in communication as I guess there wasn’t much more to add. Then came the day to pay the balance which we paid. Still quite nervous as you hear such horror stories. I need not to worry. They were absolutely AMAZING!! The communication they sent details of the driver, tour guides. Our flight was cancelled and they could not be more helpful. Even the tour they were great. The hotels and the restaurants were great. I can not thank them enough from myself and my family. You can definitely trust this company. People asked before we went who we booked through and was reluctant to say. Now that I have been I would have no hesitation to recommend them. Thank you again you made our holiday special and we have lots of memories. Your service was outstanding!!

I have travelled many times to India on business and this was our fifth major holiday tour. Previously we have used the well known UK tour operators. Cox and Kings, Audley and Abercrombie. This time we tried Bout and didn't regret it for a second. Their service was much more detailed and attentive both before and during our trip. We felt that we were being constantly looked after and arrangements were adjusted easily and proactively by Bout where and when circumstances changed. Previously we had good service until we were in India and then had to chase the tour operator if anything needed changing. All the people we met in Bout either in person or by whatsapp were superb. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of a tour in India

Excellent organisation with a good and knowledgeable guide in Cochin and a good driver throughout. We stayed in very Nice hotels and a fabulous 24 hour luxury trip on the backwaters. It was an extremely broad view of the area which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Bout India Tours exceeded my expectations. I was given a unique, three-week tour based on custom places/events I requested as well as some places and excursions recommended by the company. They listened closely to my needs and were very accommodating. If anything came up that we needed to troubleshoot (which wasn’t much), I was able to message our tour manager and have results very quickly. The guides and drivers provided for us not only kept us safe and comfortable, but were also very knowledgeable about history and spirituality in the particular cities we visited. I will definitely be using Bout India’s services again the next time I visit.

Bout India took care of us in every little detail. We loved our driver, Vrid and our guide, Karni. They both were very kind and considerate of all our needs treated us with utmost respect and care. They went over and above their line of duty. This tour was a special event for us and the staff and the hotel made it even more special with great memories, flowers and photographs. There were some small hiccups but didn't mount to anything significant. I'll raise a toast for Bout India's organization and tailoring our agenda specifically to our needs, this is what sets them apart from other travel agents. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our party of four adults toured Kerala with Bout India in January 2026. We tailored an 11 night package initially offered to us and created a 16 night private tour which included a final 3 night beach resort for a little R&R before returning to the UK. Bout India showed great flexibility during planning our holiday.The standard of the hotels we used were generally excellent; Very large rooms with clean bathrooms and effective air conditioning. There were some changes to the hotels listed in the original itinerary but no compromise in quality. Kerala is stunning. Tropical for the most part, the Western Ghat mountain range provided variety of sight seeing and a cooler climate. The food in Kerala is outstanding if you like spicy food. Food preparation standards are good. None of us experienced upset stomachs.Our driver was available for the entire holiday including days on which no activities were scheduled. He attended to all our needs including comfort breaks, restaurants and ATMs. Communication with him was straightforward via a WhatsApp group. Bout India also monitored our well being with a separate WhatsApp group.We toured in a luxurious 10 seater converted Mercedes van equipped with a Bluetooth sound system allowing us to use the driver's phone hotspot for constant wi-fi access and some vanpool karaoke! Jipsal the driver was a delight. His English was excellent. We would recommend Bout India to small groups of people from the UK who are looking for well organised travel and value for money. Check your holiday insurance for financial failure cover bearing in mind that Bout India is not ABTA protected because it is not a British travel agency.

We highly recommend Bout India. As travellers, we have never used a tour company before, largely because we could never find an organised trip that really met all of our needs. From the very start, Bout India understood our travelling style and allowed all manner of customisation and bespoke requirements. Together, we were able to curate exactly what we wanted and felt at the centre of the whole planning process, being able to review and fine-tune every day of the tour. Throughout, communication was excellent, with a personal travel consultant on hand to help create our itinerary and provide suggestions on must-see sights and attractions. They worked within our budget at all times and suggested what turned out to be some amazing overnight hotel stays. Every aspect of the tour was thoughtfully considered and prepared so that we experienced the real India. Once we started our tour, all of the Bout India staff were amazing. From our drivers, Prabhu and Pushu, who were professional, knowledgeable and always punctual; the guides, who were a wealth of knowledge on the places we visited; to the management team of Gaurav, Surya and Chahat, who ensured that each day progressed as planned. They contacted us almost every day to ensure everything was going as expected. They even arranged for flowers to be delivered to my wife at various points during the tour and entertained us at dinner on our final night in Jaipur. All-in-all, a truly exceptional 12 day private tour of India that could not have been better, exceeding expectations at every level. It was our first time in India and we are wo happy we booked our trip with "Bout India". We booked a customized trip through this travel agency, and everything was absolutely great. We already had a rough idea of which cities we wanted to visit, and the team suggested a wonderful travel route that they organized and carried out perfectly.The team was very professional and always available to support us throughout our journey in India. The planning and organization were excellent, we had a driver and local guides in each city, and everything ran smoothly. Our driver (Mr. Gajendra) stayed with us the whole tour and drove us around very safely. The selection of hotels was also very good.Our questions and requests were always answered quickly. Even when I found a few places on social media that I wanted to visit, the itinerary was immediately adjusted to include them without any problem. The company truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. For example, I once asked where I could buy a cake for my birthday, and they surprised me with one as a gift along with another small present. When my boyfriend needed a vaccination, they also helped us right away. Our tour of India was a celebration of friendship with old school pals reaching 60! Our tour was bespoke including Delhi, Jaipur, Amritsar and Goa. Nothing was too much trouble and anything was possible with these guys. The itinerary was perfect and packed with variety. The guides were brilliant, knowledgeable and entertaining. The drivers faultlessly navigated us around with good humour and plenty of water. We were there for 14 days each different each special. Bout India were brilliant and made our trip unforgettable.

January trip organized by ‘Bout India in was excellent. We knew we wanted to go to Kerala and shared our interests and worked closely with the agency to put together a ten day week in Kerala plus 3 days in Delhi. Bout India supplied wonderful drivers, comfortable transport and excellent accommodations. We appreciated the local guides in Kochi, Delhi, And Munnar for their local knowledge and experience. Our trip was disrupted early by a cancelled flight (Air Canada) that delayed the start by three days. While this could have been disastrous, and required significant additional work for ‘Bout India; cancelling and rescheduling drivers and hotels, all was handled smooth, confidently and our trip rescued! We would welcome the opportunity to book with this team again and will if we are lucky enough to return to India. First class operation.

India is definitely a country of many contrasts. Full of noise , colour and culture . Bout India put together a super programme that met our needs and requests .what a great team They were extremely conscientious and looked after us both from the beginning. We had a wonderful tour with bout tours on our size day tour through the golden triangle and a tiger safari. We didn’t get to see any tigers but we still enjoyed getting away from main tourist landmarks and breathing in the serenity of rathambore national park. The tour company was very receptive to our requests and there were personalized touches all throughout the trip (heritage hotel stay, snacks on the bus, stops for the restroom during travel days). I highly recommend this tour company and their tour packages!
