Wendy, has got that go get her spirit, with a respectable pinch of "I mean business" if your up front and honest about your situation and show initiative, more than likely she will work with you. Jumping in head first and fixing most every problem in her way!! A pleasure and refreshing to see someone so determined to make this complex all together nicer to live in!

Old (40 yrs) and cheaply built, rarely if ever updated, cabinets are shabby, the plumbing sketchy, and the mgt. removes worn carpet completely instead of replacing it. The apartments are large but spare. Some the baseboard heaters don't work at all anymore. Because we moved in July, the problem wasn't even discovered for months. No washer and dryer, not even hookups and the laundry room is filthy and gross. If you use it and lose $, tough luck! Many dog owners are rude and leave s**t on the grass. But the worst thing is NO ASSIGNED PARKING and TOO MANY CARS FOR THE SPACES. These apartments are no longer safe either. In March of 2023 someone fired a bullet thru our door at my daughter, who made the mistake of looking out the window when she heard gunshots. When informed of the damage the management company promised to replace the door, but they never did. We still have a bullet hole in our door. Our rent has been substantially increased EVERY year. It has gone from $850/mo in 2017 to $1800/mo in 2023! And recently they added several new fines as well as decreasing the grace period for late rent from 5 days to 3 days. Apparently corporate landlords feel entitled to change the terms of the lease AFTER signing! They rarely return calls and the office is usually closed. I would love to move out, but ALL corporate landlords are blood sucking parasites. They make it nearly impossible to save up for your own home. You can find much nicer and newer, but good luck finding something affordable in the area. Vulture Capitalists make the worst landlords - insatiably greedy and indifferent.
The worst possible living place you could live . My best friend lived here for awhile and the things I’ve seen and the way she has been treated is just disgusting . She was getting charged for way more than her rent is suppose to be and could never get ahold of management for anything what so ever . She was consistently harassed by her neighbors to the point of feeling completely unsafe and made it almost impossible to move even after her lease was up due to then trying to extend it for a price that was never talked about or agreed upon . Go ANYWHERE else.
Coullette is rude and unhelpful. She texted and said I had a small balance owed. Refused to tell me what it is or why. Said I would have to look it up on the rental portal. Very unprofessional. Turns out she is trying to charge me for rental insurance when i already have rental insurance on record. The same one ive had for over 5 years. If she wasnt so uncooperative this could have been solved in a few seconds on the phone. Im not impressed
My boyfriend and I just recently moved out of these Apartments due to us buying a house. We lived there for a little over a year, and honestly, we loved living there. Granted the office wasn't always open when we needed it to be but the ladies in the office were super nice and accommodating. We moved in initially because the apartments were so close to work and they allowed bigger dogs (we have 2 German Shepherds), and had we not found a house for a great price we would have renewed another year. Our neighbors were all pleasant and didn't mind our dogs running amuck (We regularly checked with them to assure our dogs weren't a disturbance). I did notice the lawn maintenance guys coming to cut the grass but they usually came after 9 am and were gone by 4 when I got home from work. So, I can't speak for the other reviewers saying they came at 6am (again, this is from my experience). Additionally, they have washer/dryer units on site which made it easy to do laundry instead of going to the laundromat every other week. I don't know why there are bad reviews on here. Every management company I'm sure has their issues, but from my experience, I found it a comfortable place to live. We lived in a top building that faced the foothills and got a great view of the sunrise every morning. Made waking up and going to work a little more bearable. All in all, we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.
