They are bunch of thieves!! Please avoid at all costs dealing with such place!!! Apart from the theft and the faulted quality of their jewelry, the staff are culprit gang that are bound to rip people off!! Please be aware!!
Nice collection. Nice, fancy showrooms. Over priced items, obviously in exchange of good pieces of jewelry and a good promised service. The reason for the low rating is that the promises of exchange was not honored and rather felt like a rip off. The promise given when you purchase is to evaluate the items with current market price and have 10% deducted. What was offered though was not even close. A diamond ring was purchased back in 2016 before the devaluation in the EGP. After devaluation of the currency and the USD jumping twice - one with 100% and another with at least 30%, to exchange the ring, they offer the same egp price bought back then. Which felt like a rip off. In terms of USD the price is almost 3 times now. And this was what was offered for exchange - not selling. So the over priced item bought back then, didn't keep its value in USD, rather lost more than half. Even though gold and diamonds prices increased much more as well.
Botros Jewellery is the best place to buy solitaire jewelry from. The staff is professional and the place is very welcoming.
