I’ve used Boston Cleaners a few times before, a little pricey but no problems but this last time I dropped off work clothes a woman named Porsha in the front was very rude both times for drop off and pick up, I thought she was just naturally moody. But when a man walked in her attitude changed. Sad.

They used to be an amazing dry cleaners, pricy, but I knew I was getting top notch dry cleaning. The last two times I have been there service was not acceptable. I brought in a pair of suit pants for alterations, picked up when they said they would be ready, the girl handed them back to me and they were not even touched. The hole was still there. They made it right, but I was inconvenienced, non the less, tried them again. I had a large order, picked up when they told me they would be ready, the order was incomplete. The girls at the counter, I won’t mention her name, Acted like my time wasn’t valuable and just said come back again when I finally made time to come back, today, this is what my jumpsuit looked like I do not recommend and will not be back!!! Unfortunately can’t upload the picture-I did on YELP though It is all wrinkled!!!
Wow!!! I'm very impressed with their work! I had the lid of my Starbucks cup pop off from not being put on properly. The venti hot green tea latte, with extra green tea powder, went all over my barely worn sweat shirt. One of my favorites at that. My best friend has used Boston many times before, so I decided to give them a try. They were very quick to help me out. Very friendly and professional! I was very impressed with how my shirt came back. The green tea stain was something out of the exorcist movie! I never thought they'd be able to get the stains out. I was pleasantly surprised. Monica helped me when I came in, and she greeted me today when I picked up! I will surely be using their services again!! Here's some before and after photos!
I took all my favorite, custom made shirts there twice recently and both times they managed to over press them and ruined all of the buttons. I cannot afford to keep having my shirts ruined by them. They uses to be decent. Not worth using at all anymore. Will try Tide Cleaners instead...
