I had a great customer service experience at the store. Boost mobile the telephone customer service I would give them 0 stars.

Horrible customer service !!!

This place has the worst customer service. Boost mobile really sucks. They give you a defective phone. It over heats within 2 hours of getting it. Customer service said they would refund his money and allow him to pick a different phone. The store said so sorry you can only get the same phone or pay the $150 for the new phone plus activation plus fees. So he swapped it out for the same phone and within an hour it is already over heating. We went online and looked up the phone lgg6 and everybody is having problems with this phone overheating. So be aware, they have no problems giving you a defective phone. They could care less about their customers.

I love boost mobile they have the best service . Fast internet and works everywhere I go. Personally I like this store by Bobier the workers are really polite and in my opinion they should hire more people like this worker named Lizbeth.
