Booked a 75 min massage and it ended almost 15mim early. Massage therapist was not thorough and was even on her phone at one point and the bed smelled and was not properly deodorised Big waste of money

Rude and unprofessional towards client who couldn’t make their appointment due to sudden emergency that was genuine. This clinic has no mercy and threatens people with collections. Really bad first impression experience and won’t be back.

Hi Molly, thank you for your feedback and hope you're feeling better. Our cancellation policy is sent to you in the confirmation email and also explained when you book with us. By not showing up to your appointments, it causes a lot of disruption to the therapist's schedule and we also have to pay our therapists for their lost income. That is why we charge a cancel fee for no shows or late cancellations. Because we didn't charge you this time, we have to bare the cost ourselves and pay the therapist for 2 missed appointments out of our own pocket. You can see why it's a problem when this happens. Hope you can understand our explanation and see things from our perspective. Hope you get well soon! =)

I’ve been a customer for nearly 15 years and today I schedule an appointment but cancel it within two hours of scheduling because I am unwell. I I was told I need to pay even though same therapist and I was expecting to see has cancelled on me a number of times because they were sick also within hours of my appointment. Bottom line is cancellation policies are reasonable but need to be balanced and this organisation does not do that as a result unfortunately I’m not gonna be able to return. An extremely sad outcome. There is absolutely no flexibility for you. And worse they are hypocritical.

Hi Kevin, it's Byron here, thank you for your feedback =) The receptionist are told to follow procedure and company policy but when the situation is unique, like in this case, they leave it to me to make the decision. I completely understand where you're coming from and after hearing the situation, it makes sense to not charge the cancellation fee in this case. Keep in mind, we always pay our staff for late cancels and no shows regardless of whether we collect the fee from the client so the receptionist try their best to keep everyone happy. Sometimes, not as straightforward. My partner went to Massage and Float Bondi Junction yesterday for a relaxing massage for her birthday. Today she is in bed in bad pain resulting from her massage. She has bruising and basically her whole back is painful and too sore to touch or apply voltaren. I have never seen this happen before. I would seriously question the credentials or training of the masseur. This is totally unacceptable. So now on her birthday she is laying in bed too sore to move. I would recommend that you don't ever go to this house of pain. Ti say we're angry is a complete understatement. A refund should be forthcoming at the very least

This is the BEST massage place in Bondi Junction if you're serious about your recovery and need professional therapists who really care about the outcome of the treatment. Slightly more expensive than some surrounding places but so worth it.
