My husband and I lived at the Boathouse while we were renovating our house. It was an absolutely lovely experience! We would whole heartedly recommend it. They do a great job prioritize the residents, especially Bill and Ashley! They made it feel like a home! Thank you for a great experience!

We have lived here 4-5 years. The location is great, close access for walkers, cyclist and runners to parks, waterfront and local neighborhood shops. Property management has changed multiple times throughout the years. With each change, question for management are their purpose and values. In regards to staff, Ashley, Bill & Silvestre are all that residents could hope for. They are punctual, kind, and caring towards Boathouse and all who live within. They add warmth and are attentive when it comes to making Boathouse an inviting place to call home.

We have been living at Boathouse for about five months, and we are so happy to call this community our home! Ashley and Bill have been incredible to work with! Communication and resident support have been unparalleled, and responsiveness to our maintenance needs have exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making this community so warm and inviting! We appreciate you!

After living in SFHs for over 20 years, I was a little nervous about living in an apartment again. But I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and I love it. It’s so quiet in my apartment that I forget I have neighbors. Yet the ones I’ve met have become some of my closest friends. The river views are amazing and I savor the sunrise over the water every morning. The amenities - gym, community room, and especially the river deck, are a huge bonus. The property managers are attentive, friendly and all around amazing. Same with the maintenance crew. Very happy with my decision to live here.

Affordable. On the water, has a place for my kayaks, parking available, fobbed entry security, dishwashers, many floor-plans, heating and cooling, washer and dryer. Edit: so many ants and management somewhat MIA. When I first moved in my apartment was pretty gross. The dishwasher filter, shower drain, and washer were not cleaned and quite nasty. Management did replace my washer but it was probably a month of living without. As far as management goes, they’re alright. Not super responsive but if you go into the office they’ll probably be there. They sometimes answer the phones. Savanna in leasing office is the most friendly and I quite like her! Community amenities aren’t monitored well enough to be maintained. The kayak garage was broken for two weeks and I was the first person to let someone know. I made a reservation for the community room on 4/21 for 7/10 and management forgot to take note of that so they booked someone over my party. So i moved my party to 7/9 and the room wasn’t even reserved for me—no email + no door sign. Then to top of off, the air conditioning wasn’t working in the community room so I had change locations about a hour before the party. The air conditioning was fixed a few days later but my birthday was ultimately a bit ruined and I am still bummed.
