Worst ever after sales service Im calling them for the past 3 days to attend a fault they keep telling it will be taken care still no one showed up. Update : After several follow ups they were finally able to replace the stabiliser . Thanks to Mr Nirmal for getting this sorted. But I would recommend please have your team keep the customers updated about the status.

I have no idea what kind of AC to buy, I was thinking of buying a O General because I have seen its working in my organisation and how just two ACs just manage to cool the entire floor, but Mr nirmal suggested a Panasonic AC which is in budget but also has a better air throw than other ACs. Though the AC including installation was costlier than expected, after seeing how it is working and how it is managing to cool the entire house(yes, I am using it to cool the entire house) and no fans are being used since then even for the big hall(also hoping electricity bill doesn't shoot up like crazy) Iam actually satisfied with my purchase. Most of the AC brands servicing in tiruvallur were done by BMS AC world, who knows which AC to buy better than these people! Also Mr. Nirmal is a knowledgeable person when it comes to ACs, so take his advice. It has been around two weeks I bought this AC, I would say this is one of the best ACs I have been under, the first being O General.
