I used to do my nails with Nicole but she no longer works here. What a pleasant surprise to find Franxs! She’s so detail oriented and has fairy hands…I could have slept in that chair while she was workin on my feet! She’s such a keeper and I can definitely say I’ve found my go to manicurist :). Love this place, good vibe and energy, best chocolate cappuccino ever! I appreciate you all so much and will keep coming back for more ❤️
I’ve been going to Bloom for my mani-pedis for a couple of years now. On my first appointment I had an issue with a double booking, someone who called to schedule the appointment and I scheduled the appointment online for the same time but they did everything on their power to correct the issue and make it up to me. I am glad that hiccup did not stop me from attending the salon because the environment there is great. Even my 10-year-old girls go there for mani-pedis and for facials. Yoan, the owner of the salon does the facials, she is one of a kind. My girls love to go to get their facials at Bloom, Yoan makes the experience very special for them.

I felt sooo comfortable and relaxed while at Bloom. This was my first time visiting as a walk-in. My gel manicure came out beautifully thanks to Lucy. She was so kind and detail oriented, and the kind lady at the front desk was just as nice. I was offered a beverage and opted for coffee. I will definitely be coming back!
I was a client of this place until I decided to do the dip manicure because it lasted 3 weeks or more. It didn't last me one week. When I called they told me that I had to pay to have my nail fixed. I paid $45 for a service that didn't last me even a week and I have to pay additionally for them to fix it!!! they definitely lost a client
