I was in Austin for a conference and decided that it would be a good time to get a tattoo. After researching walk-in shops near my hotel, I found BlindSide. I thought the art looked really good and the reviews were great. Well the reviews were accurate! This is my second tattoo and this tattoo blew my expectations and my first one out the water! I had an idea of what I wanted, but was secretly worried it would be too much for a walk-in tattoo. Vania (V) asked what I wanted and instantly understood what I was going for. She designed it and offered size options. I wanted a little color added to the tattoo and she was very knowledgeable about what colors would work with my skin tone and what colors would fade/stand out in the future. Since I want the tattoo to last as long as possible, that meant a lot to me. The shop and Vania was very clean and hygienic(clean station, switching gloves, wrapped the area with plastic). Throughout the tattoo she checked on me by asking if I was okay and if I like the direction the tattoo was going. The tattoo turned out great! Again, it blew my expectations away! I’m so happy I went to Blindside Tattoo and that my artist was Vania. I highly recommend both the shop and artist!💕

The customer service was excellent!! They had a 2 for $100 tattoo deal that is unbeatable. The skill and precision of the workers are insane and they have an excellent portfolio of tattoos they have done. We are from out of town and would make a trip back just to visit this place!! This place has a very clean, comfortable, and cool vibe all the way from workers to the shop. Highly recommend asking for Chief!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Myka from blindside tattoo did a great job on my mushroom tattoo! she was organized & on time when I showed up for my appointment. The shop is clean and calming. She made my experience an amazing one! Myka offered advice and helped to make me feel comfortable as it’s been over a year since my last tattoo! She put in the time, effort & dedication to help me love my tattoo! Such a cute little shop & the parking garage close by offers free parking in their labeled retail slots! come in & get tattooed!
