I asked them visiting my place to fix my blinds. And they did literally nothing and charged me $145. They told me they will order some parts when they met me. However, once they took my money, they said I should buy a new blind.
Now (1 year after!!!) , I got an answer that "Thank you for reaching out, We did inform you via email prior to your appointment that if the tech has to take it down they will have to charge the min rate of $99, and any parts order would require a deposit. Unfortantly your massive heavy blind was not installed correctly and had an additional mount broken out of the 3, and we could not find any specifics for the manufacturer. It looks like the tech was able to find a mount solution on site but you refused as the notes state " offered customer the only option available as of now and would take some altering to complete" It also states " your blind required a minimum of 4 mounts and potential a 5th as its very very large. (over 109 inches in width) "
What a lie! The tech said he knows where to order the parts and he will order and give me the invoice.
But nobody contacted me after that! Okay, let's say you guys have to charge $99 for just visiting. However, what about $45?

Hi Charlette,
Thank you for reaching out, We did inform you via email prior to your appointment that if the tech has to take it down they will have to charge the min rate of $99, and any parts order would require a deposit.

Maybe you miss under stood the tech but we did explain the $99 would be contributed to any parts order, the one quoted or if they were able to find the exact match to get it sorted.
Unfortunately we cant fix plastic parts they have to be ordered and replaced. We did our best in trying to find exact replacements, How ever we only had the one option available. we did also offer a roller replacement at cost with the minimum rate applied to the order to Help with the cost as this was the only safe option outside of the quoted parts that would insure it was installed safely.
Sorry this didn't satisfy you, Unfortunately we dont work for free and we can only work with what information we have. some times parts are not available or made anymore and sometimes there is a replacement part, how ever with no manufactures info on the blind it makes it difficult to solve, especially with the situation and safety involved. we did explain our techs talked with every provider they know and tried to find the OEM part to ensure the blind was mounted right. Unfortunately we were not able to locate that part specifically, the tech was only able to locate the Outside mount that would require some welding alterations to complete.
Wish you all the best
Regards ben :-)
Hi Charlette, Thank you for updating your review, We actually just got full access to our google reviews after a long battle with google that is why we have responded to all the remaining reviews over the last few days. I have reviewed my notes on file and the entire thread of communication you had with ben.
looks like ben requested that you contact the owner or original purchaser to find the brackets which is standard for sheers/zibras we cant identify as there are so many mounts.
We explained our cost of $39 for a service call In the city and $99 to take it down In emails prior, when i was there i noticed a second of your 3 mounts was broken. In the email chain we never said it would be repaired that day we said it might be if parts are on hand if not we will have to order parts.
On site (your apartment) i was able to locate a mount option that would fit but would take a lot of altering, i informed you i would have to weld them together and they would sit a little different. you said you wanted to “shop around” as you did not like the price. at no time did you agree to order parts if you did there would be a custom amount added to your receipt, and description saying “parts order and balance owing on install”
when processing your transaction i informed u that the min rate of $99 would be contributed to a parts order, and i would see IF i could find the originals and reach out if so. it wasn’t until a few messages with ben after your appointment where we couldn’t find another option, That we suggested a “at cost roller” with the $99 Min rate contributed to the purchase. I have also reviewed the phone call its self to hear your discussion.
Again if you want to shop around you are more then welcome to and hopefully you did, if you are still having trouble please contact our office directly or via email to discuss, if you would like a copy of our email thread to be sent you we can assist in that as well.
Thank you Curtis :-)
