Excellent dealer. We live about 1.5 hours away and Dave had all the paperwork ready for us upon arrival. The car was in great condition. The battery gave out on us the weekend after we bought it and he even paid for a new battery. Whenever we need a car in the future we will be getting it from here; highly recommend Black Label Motors!
I’m sure they do great work. I brought my mother-in-laws car there for an inspection. Was quick & I was going to be happy if Bossman didn’t throw shade because I didn’t want to change the back light bulb for $20 (that wasn’t even my decision) and when my mother in-law changed her mind I told Bossman to go ahead, he said he wasn’t going to touch it and let me do it… his reason is I “don’t want to spend the money”. Hahah
I have gone to black label motors a couple times now, and without fail they have by far the best service and customer service there is in Charlotte. Dave the owner has helped me personally and his experience with cars shows he truly knows what’s going on and is even willing to show the customer the exact problem. I was recommended this as a place to go to, and now I have recommended it to my other family members as a place to go to for any car work needed and inceptions too. 10/10 would recommend this shop/dealership to anyone looking for a place to get the work done on their car or to buy a new one.
Black Label Motors came highly recommended from a long time friend and I was very pleased with the service, the communication, the details, and the price! Dave and the guys in the shop were great and not only did an oil change and inspection in reasonable time, but diagnosed the main issue that previous places had failed to find. This will definitely be my go-to for any future car services or repairs!
I had the best experience with buying my Toyota Highlander here! I drove a hour from Statesville to see the car and Dave was so helpful and I did not feel pressured at all, which was really important to me. The whole process was seamless and everyone I encountered was so nice! Prices were very fair and you can tell his vehicles are well taken care of! Would definitely recommend Black Label Motors to anyone and would absolutely buy another vehicle from him in the future!
