I have just used the offer of the Prom Tourist Office for the first time. I am from a town 80 km away from Wrocław. We were on a class trip to Ślęża. Everything went as it should, the pilot was great, and at the stage of organization the gentleman from the office was very, very helpful and understanding. I have recommended Biuro Turystyczny Prom to my colleagues, and I intend to use their offer when organizing class trips in the future. I recommend.
The BT Prom office organized a wonderful trip for the students of our school. At a reasonable price, we were provided with numerous attractions, very good accommodation and tasty food. Great organization of a school trip to Warsaw. A great hotel for the price, of course, the entrance to the Copernicus Science Center is arranged. The pilot, Mr. Paweł, is a class in itself, a great approach to children. Everything on time, taking into account the current needs of the group. I sincerely recommend cooperation with this office, we will definitely use it again!
I participated in a course of practical knowledge for guides and pilots around Wrocław, organized by BT Prom, everything was organized and carried out very professionally - one could say "concert-like" plus a great atmosphere and the host. Office + organizers worth recommending.
An office worth recommending. I go every year with my pupils from primary school (Germany and Poland). Service at a very high level. You can always get along with the owners and if anything did not fit, he stood on his head to rehabilitate himself. I recommend!!! Marta Obuszko
