Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bishop's Pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide personalized recommendations. We needed to get some expensive (but well-known and standard) eczema medication for my baby daughter and we found out Bishops were charging more than 80% more than other local pharmacies and even pharmacies in central London. Profiteering at its most ugly. Staff were unsympathetic and rude when we requested a fair price. Avoid and choose any of the near local alternatives.

A fantastic service! Bishops Pharmacy offers a fantastic service. I have been using this pharmacy for years and they continue to be the number one pharmacy. The staff members have been very helpful and understanding as well as thorough and professional. They are always smiling and putting their customers first! They also have a great website which is clear and concise with useful information regarding a variety of luxuary skin care products. They have a great range of products in store and online making it very convenient to order. Overall a highly recommended pharmacy!

Excellent service. professional, friendly and always helpful! They are extremely busy sometimes so there may be a few minutes wait for your prescription - but I guess that’s the proof that they’re a popular Pharmacy delivering quality care! Keep up the good work!
