BIG Pharmacy PJ 14

I’m quite disappointed with the service at the prescription counter. The staff member (a Chinese lady) showed a clear lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When I asked for help locating a product, she merely gestured with her hand instead of properly showing me where it was. This level of service is unacceptable, and I genuinely wonder why Big Pharmacy continues to retain staff with such poor customer service attitudes. Been there at around 1.20pm 7.7.25.

Outlet whatapps reply very slow(took many hours to answer my inquiries) call many times also no one pick up and service is bad. Hope Big pharmacy HQ will look into this seriously

Went there to get flu medicine i required instead that she(chinese lady) gave other medi also super rude to me. Very rude not friendly , not suggesting any medi. She said " mau beli ke takmau" what type of CS is this ?????????????? Just walkout frm there and went caring pharmacy. They treat me well also suggesting me to buy which medi 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

This’s why I prefer caring pharmacies then big pharmacies the lady staff in counter very rude. Show her face like minta tampar. I just ask one only i want to buy. If u dont want to work just stop. Teruk.

They are so friendly and they remember where's the medications placed.👍👍👍
