Happy New Years!!! Went this morning to this shop to have a rental car fixed due to flat tire that happened last Friday at work. Of course I looked around to see what may have cause it, I saw a nail at the groove of tire and didn't see any other puncture or slit on inspection, TPMS was on, so put air on it and was able to go home without the tires loosing too much air that the TPMS will turn on again. Had the car sat at the garage for 2 days due to holidays with plan of getting it fixed Monday morning- tire did not loss air. Drive the car this morning going to Discount tire- where I usually get service but there was a long line so I decided to try to this shop- was a big mistake , tire was good while driving, not flat, no TPMS alarm. Was told it will be 1.5 to 2 hours wait so went home confident it will be regular patch since I've been able to drive around it without loosing too much air. Got a call after hour and was told that tires has a 4 inches slash-like cut on the sidewall and of course not repairable and I have to purchase a new one. Not sure what really happened, if an accident occured while they were working on the car but that damaged was not present when I brought in the car and I won't pay for something that I didn't do. It's hard to believed I was driving miles without the tires collapsing on me and they can't explained to us how "possibly" it happened. I had to get the Goodyear PD involved for possible property damaged. One of the staff got aggressive, poking on me to get out of the store when I asked for my car keys when the cop arrived at the store.I took a pic of the tire "damaged" that I drove with going to this shop.

Had some tire issues before our move up north. Called down late afternoon to see about getting a complete new set, they had them in stock and were willing to get them done today. Cannot say how grateful for such great service in a pretty tight time constraint! Would recommend going here for sure!

Bought a new set of top name tires including alignment. Back for a third time in two weeks to get tires balanced again. Not happy having to wait an hour and a half for the third time. Should have been installed correctly the first time. Time is valuable. This isn't the first time I have had issues with this location. Had tires put on a previous vehicle and had to come back in to have tires balanced within the first two days. I come to this shop because it is close to the house. Will travel further to another well known tire vendor for new tires in the future.

I bought tires from the big O in Florence 2 or 3 months ago. And got nails in them every week since then. But that's not why I am writing this. I was in good year yesterday and got a flat went in a 4:00 o'clock ask about getting either a new tire or a pach. The Manger at the front told me they couldn't even look a my car because they were to busy. That I would have to leave it over night. I ask if they could put the spare on for me I couldn't leave my car because I live In Florence it is 75 miles away. SO I HAD TO CHANGE MY OWN TIRES IN THE PARKING LOT IN BIG O. It took me 30 minutes to do it. When I finished I ask one of the guy it he could put air he did and was Surprised I did it myself in the parking lot there. Said he could have changed it and don't no why the manager did try to help me out. I took it to a another tire shop there were going g to do it. But I need another a new tire.
