Dr. Greg is absolutely amazing. He repaired my 18mo's broken tooth this week and I can't imagine the experience having gone any better. My kids love coming here and as a parent I know they are in great hands. Our community is lucky to have Dr. Greg!
As the mom of a kid terrified of the dentist - I'm so so grateful that we found this practice. Dr Rachel is so gentle and brought him in for multiple desensitization visits and it has changed the game for us. I can't rate this office and all of its staff highly enough!
Had a wonderful experience at Big Grins and was so impressed with how quick and easy the appointment was. Beverly was so kind and welcoming and the whole staff was very professional. Being in the dental field myself, I can confidently say that Dr. Greg, Dr. Rachel and their team are some of the best!
This place exceeded expectation. My son complained of tooth pain, & our family dentist referred me to a pediatric dentist asap for an emergency polpotomy. Most places were open for a consultation next month at the soonest. But Beverly at Big Grins stayed past 5 to make sure my son was scheduled within 2 days for a polpotomy. Sheila called to notify us of a sooner appointment time, no less! Dr. Eckert & her assistant were fabulous with my son & his tooth is fixed. THANK YOU, Big Grins!
EXCELLENT care provided by Dr. Greg Evans and his assistant Carrie today! The entire experience from checking in at the front desk to my son’s tooth extraction was the best experience we’ve ever had at the dentist! It was a very quick procedure with no long wait time in the lobby. We searched for a team that could handle my son’s anxiety around having his tooth extracted and Dr. Evans and his entire staff handled our experience with great care and understanding. My son was laughing in the chair the entire time and not once flinched, cried or screamed. He was actually happy when we left and felt better about visiting the dentist because Dr. Evans handled his treatment with gentle hands, funny Dad jokes and efficiency.
