I like this store concept a lot. It reminds me of the Goodwill by the pound store in Fort Worth. However, the store is not disabled friendly. I was constantly saying excuse me, getting bumped into by people accompanying shoppers or unattended children. I have not yet tried everything out, but I did open up the $50 mystery box I purchased. It was totally disappointing. It contains 2 boxes of plastic face shields, children’s face shields and 2 boxes of single eyeglasses face masks. The mystery is how could they charge $50 for this! The store can also use better price tagging. When I see a sign outside that says $2 on Tuesdays, I expect everything to be on sale for $2. I put those cute as heck ankle boots (that didn’t have a price tag) back on the shelf after the cashier said they were $40. Don’t wait until a customer gets to the register to find out the price of an item. I’m going back to ordering my Returns online. The employees were wonderful. The manager was kind enough to give me a discount after I asked for one. There’s a tip jar at the register so I left my discount + a couple of extra dollars for the hard working employees at B&D. They must fill the bins constantly. At Goodwill, they use conveyor belts. B&D could benefit from this re-tooling.

I haven't been to the store but based on the reviews there's another place on Ledbetter with great reviews. The only good reviews are toward the bottom and probably fake and people that work there and/ or their family. Look at the area and the names attached to the reviews
Bought a pallet and had a girl convincing me it was a great pallet the whole time. Looked like it had great items (air fryer, ice cream maker, bread maker) get it home the whole middle and bottom is refurbished broken crane humidifiers! The ice cream maker, broken. The bread maker, broken and missing parts. I’ve bought several pallets and know you win some and lose some but these people definitely pick through and keep the good. I personally saw them opening boxes in the back and another section of the warehouse picking through and retapping the boxes. Total TRASH and waste!
Customer service was horrible. When I asked if I can test a product the cashier gave so much attitude. As a customer you have a right to test a products from a used store before buying, since the sales are final. She also started helping another customer while I was in line as if I wasn’t there. This is my first time coming to this store and this was a horrible experience. Customer service skills need to be worked on.
I bought a pallet of supposed Amazon Mystery Boxes and a TV. Problem is that all 16 of the MBs already had the Amazon seal broken and been retaped with clear tape and the contents were definitely NOT typical of an AMB, at least not of any I have purchased. It literally looks like they cleared some of the Bins (from their Bin Store) or dug from a Gaylord to fill one time AMB boxes. I found pieces of individual broken items in multiple boxes. I found a box for one item empty in one MB and the item in another. Lots of trash, old usbs, cd cases missing cds, broken frames, printer ink and toner like crazy, obsolete phone cases and lots more. Like I said, NOT typical of AMB. I'm going through all 16 boxes and posting Live on FB. I'll show a true AMB (one I purchased from Big D) in comparison. Filling AMB boxes with Bin Store items is not a practice that inspires loyalty in a customer. I hope this can be resolved and we can have a fair and honest business relationship.
