Mark was wonderful! He patiently showed me around the showroom until I found the perfect bookshelf. They have so many options between the floor and their catalog. Let me start with Eddie the sales rep is phenomenal. Went to the store to make a basic purchase and it turned into the sales rep Eddie taken time to help us around the entire store. Showing us different items that ended up sparking our interest. And us purchasing a new bedroom set. With bedroom accessories and television stand. And also new dining room set. The interaction was all worth it.he was very professional. Very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Also made suggestions that would work perfect for our needs. he explained the warranty process and how are able to use it in The event that we will need it. We were able to place our orders and hopefully once we get the product their product will be in great condition. We did also purchase the pillows that are pretty awesome. Definitely would suggest it. They do help keep you cooler at night time. Pictures are also included of the different pillows

WARNING: TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a bedroom set in September of 2021, The bed broke in May. They sent someone out to try and fix it. They did not succeed. It broke again September of this year. I went to the furniture store to get an exchange. They said it would cost $200 and $175 for delivery. I paid at the store. NINE DAYS LATER, the owner called me and said that they won’t take back the used furniture. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE EXCHANGE, would not REFUND THE COST OF THE BED AND TAKE IT BACK, and TOOK MY EXCHANGE AND DELIVERY COST!!! I lost a total of $4000 dealing with this place! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! It was such a disappointing purchase and lack of honorable service.
We have purchased almost all of our furniture from Big Al’s and I have had a great experience. With Al the stock ashes that other companies are dealing with, this has been the best place for me to find the furniture I want always delivered within the week. Prices are always fair in my opinion and I love the people… it’s my first stop when shopping for our home.
