I dealt with Sam and have to say the service he provided was amazing. I bought an oven on Thursday and had it installed by Friday evening. The installer was a really nice guy too who was done in less 30mins. The only issue I had was I rang to double check the installer was still able to install the oven on the Friday, as promised. Spoke to two different guys who could not have been ruder to me. Literally accused me of not having paid for any installation. Sam did call back straight away to smooth things over, confirmed installer was still coming as promised, even followed up that same day to check the installer had arrived and we were happy. I would go back but wouldn't deal with anyone but Sam!
