it was my first time getting my lips done and charlie and heather were so good to me and assured me how well i would love them! charlie was the nicest as soon as i walked in, and heather made sure she did the best job and took her time with me! i love love love the way they turned out! highly recommend
One start is not good enough for this place. **WARNING** DO NOT BUY A GROUPON for this place,!! I called TWICE making sure that the Groupon I was buying for laser hair removal was the proper one, they assured me that what I was purchasing was correct. The day I went in to use the “2” Groupons that I purchased they would ONLY take one of them. Oh and of course I could purchase another hair removal for the store price. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are Tons of other wonderful place here in Frisco with better customer service. Such a lousy establishment!!!!!! Ugh
I was referred by Charlie and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Heather knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I received the best lip shape. My lips look amazing and I’ll definitely be coming back.
I called to schedule an appointment today for a consultation and the assistant manager, Charlie, answered the phone and I was pleasantly surprised how informative he was over the phone. He answered all of my questions and was super nice!!
My huge gums and I were visiting from out of town. I was told Sabrina does a wonderful job on lip flips. Only having a couple of days, I utilized their website to explain my situation and see if Sabrina would be available at any location to save my embarrassing smile. Over 24 hours later I had not received a text, call or email as I was sure to leave all 3. I called and a very kind tech answered, took down my info and said she would let the front desk know. After being on hold for barely a minute a gentleman picked up and I had to re-explain my reason for calling. He advised me I would need a 30-minute consult before they could proceed with the quick and easy treatment I was wanting. And go figure, nothing was available today. I’m sure if they would have checked my message earlier I could have gone in and given them my money. Good luck to anyone who gets work done here. Hopefully the injectors aren’t as unorganized as their front desk.
