I’m using a Groupon for B12 injections. Everyone has been helpful and professional. I want to send kudos to Hillary for being extra extra kind and friendly.

I tried this place out as a Groupon due to proximity of where I live and trying to find a good fit for my future spa/rejuvenation treatments. Business was easy to access and office was clean. Front desk woman was warm and personable, exactly what I would hire at my practice. The spa manager was cold and condescending. She only seemed interested in pushing extra sessions on me. She quickly changed her tone when I said no to spending an additional $200 for extra sessions of a service I hadn’t received yet. The woman Rezana who serviced me was very gentle and informative, but seemed rushed. This place is worth it for the Groupon, but not if you’re paying full price. I would love to say it was a great experience where I felt like I received individualized recommendations but this seems like a very corporate/fast paced environment and less like an environment that has my best interest in mind. I hope my future sessions are different and this is an anomaly, but only time will tell.

Loved my visit to BHRC Alliance today! I got to see Danielle for my skinpen treatment and she was so informative and helpful recommending treatments targeting my concerns and my skin. If you want an experience with kind staff, personable treatments, and clean facilities; I definitely recommend here! If you can see Danielle, even better! I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been getting treatments for laser hair removal from Rezana! She’s an absolute gem and the center and staff are all fantastic! I’m loving the results - just in time for summer - So thankful! Rezana is informative, patient and walks me through the process. She guides me and creates all the comfort along the way (I’m very self conscious)! It’s quick, painless and fast results! I couldn’t be more pleased and only wish I had done this sooner! Thank you Rezana and everyone at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center!

The staff here are so professional, helpful and sweet. They answered all of my questions and more. I got my first ever laser hair removal treatment and they walked me through absolutely everything. My laser girl Rezana was wonderful! She made me feel super comfortable and was super knowledgeable.
