Jeffery is meticulous in all the very best ways with every initial and touch-up service he delivers. My Mother and I LOVE his work. His gracious, comfortable and entertaining demeanor are a bonus. Jeff really takes his time to perfect your look with every session. If you are hemming and hawing about the investment, rest assured. Jeff will exceed your expectations leaving you with no regrets. He treats clients in New York, as well. I can only pray he never leaves Chicago. 🙏

Jeff did a great job on my eyebrows. I had a good shape already when I came to him, but he filled in patches that had light hair density and perfected the form. I really enjoy not having to fill any areas of my brows anymore. It makes my daily "getting ready routine" easier. You definitely need to have 2 appointments at least. I had 3 appointments and even went back a fourth time to get a little something added. Jeff was very flexible about that and understands people will be somewhat OCD about their brows. You really have to let the color fade for a week or two and "live" in them to see if you maybe want to add more to make them thicker etc.

I had a botch job Micro-Blading my eyebrows at Aqua Med Spa on Foster Ave. in Chicago and Jeff Lyle Segal from Best Permanent Makeup came to my rescue! Jeff did an amazing job fixing my eyebrows. I am so thankful, thankful, thankful, to Jeff! I am at ease now and just am amazed at what a great artist Jeff is. I couldn't believe how it didn't even hurt. I would recommend going to Jeff if you want your eyebrows tattooed. Jeff is very talented. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you, Jeff!!!!
