I don't know where you get off mate, but I'll be reporting you and your business for STUPID CONDUCT. I have just been yelled, screamed screamed profanities and hateful slurs and laughed at by the guys in your HIGHLY VISIBLE van. 5pm Corner of Station and High Street, Penrith, Sat 26th November, 2022. Passenger was a red haired guy with a beard and a man bun, CLEARLY STONED. I did attempt to call your work line, but to no avail. You should have an after hours line. Just FYI, check Facebook Messenger. You claim I abused a woman on maternity leave, with a sick child. I DID NOT abuse anyone. I sent a carbon copy of this message to both Richelle and her husband Grant. Clearly if a man let's his wife deal with a complaint while "allegedly" on maternity leave "with a sick child" there is clearly a problem with his manhood. As for the stoner in the passenger seat, it's easier to claim he doesn't work for you, when he clearly does and makes an axe out of himself in your company vehicle. Whoever you are, you are full of **it, and should remove anyone acting in such a manner in your company vehicle. This includes passenger and driver.

They had to go back twice to measure the job, (one cabint),poor communication in the office to customers, one sided terms and conditions, agressive tone from owner when asked for refund on deposit, I cancelled the job with them after they told my tenant I would have to pay a fee if they could not install in two days, although I had not herd from them in over a Month, I would give Zero stars, but one is the lowest. Currently going through consumer Affiars with this bussiness. August 2022

I waited 2 mths. They changed appt time to suit themselves 2 weeks before appt, they sent an sms to remind me day before and then turned up 45mins late without a phone call to apologise or explain. Unreliable...I cancelled the quote Their loss but I dont think they'd care

A great company with amazing service, friendly, and professional. We have bought our wardrobe from Bentley’’s and from the visit at our house, to quoting and installation we can not fault them and I can be sometimes pedantic particularly with attention to detail. Good quality and value for money too. Would recommend them to family and friends.

The team at Bentley’s were fantastic from start to finish. The quote and draw up was quick and competitively priced. The installer Luke, was professional, courteous and paid close attention to detail. Would strongly recommend going through the business. You might be able to save a few bucks going elsewhere but you will regret it in the long run. I have had Ikea wardrobes and they simply don’t stand the test of time.

Just had our kitchen renovated and couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Competitive price and well installed, finished. Also be using them for our wardrobes. Highly recommend in this age of renovation lucky dips. Please note that these pictures show a kitchen that I have still to paint.
