Poor service at this store. I order a phone on Black Friday but they did not have it in their stock. They told me to get it the following week but did not let me know that a new pricing will be applied. I was at the store to get the deal and now they tell me because I didn’t get it on Black Friday, I have to pay twice the amount I was supposed to. I lost a perfect deal and this is their fault not to let me know. At least I could get another phone with a good price. It’s not fair.

Went in to upgrade my phone and was blown away by Joshua. He was knowledgeable and kind and he really went above and beyond to get me the best deal on a new contract and device, without being pushy. I really appreciated his patience with my busy toddler and the time he took with me to make sure I was all set up.

Ali is amazing. He worked so hard to get my phone activated He spoke with the Bell client care team and followed up the next day. When I returned to the store because client care still hadn’t resolved my issues he was able to get my phone up and running. I would have been lost without him. If you need a phone I highly recommend seeing Ali.

Best customer service experience I have received from a Bell store in 15 yrs. I was there a few weeks ago to upgrade 3 phones, new contracts plus other requirements for my parents phones. Had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Harv, both are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They know what customer service is all about. They took the time to find out what we needed, explained our options and process. Truly appreciate it, just an awesome experience overall.

My friend and I went into this Bell location to finalize our online new line activations and pick up our SIM cards. Had a very positive experience with Ali and Harvey. They were very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure our activations were completed in full. They even called Bell regarding a connection charge applied on our accounts. We left the store feeling very satisfied and well taken care of. I would recommend going back for any future help with Ali. He is the best!
