Today was the second time Armonn helped us. I was having a tough time contacting a human at Bell-all I ever got was AI which is a complete waste of time.Armonn contacted Bell and resolved the problem.Great customer service!! Today we again were having issues with Bell. Again Armonn came to the rescue. He found out that even though we had cancelled bell service, the phone part was still connected and we were being charged. He resolved issue very professionally and again excellent customer service!! Great job Armonn!!

Dealing with bell mobility is the biggest scam ever. I spoke to the manager at this store a few months ago explaining I didn’t wanna pay more than $100/ month and now somehow my bill came in and it’s $150 /month. I already signed a contract so now I’m stuck for another few years but I feel very misled and will be leaving this company once my contract expires

Needed to upgrade my phone and was helped by Keenan who was absolutely awesome! So much had changed since my last phone purchase. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Applied my camera and screen protectors, explained the new features and made sure all my contacts, apps, photos etc. Were transferred over. I would've been lost trying to do this myself! Always worth the in person store experience! Will definitely be back to this location!
