Booked a 50 min pregnancy massage. Had maybe 15 minutes of massage and the rest of the time was spent getting exercises for my pelvic pain which was great! However, not what I thought when booking. But once there, I followed the plan that was there. Was supposed to have the exercises emailed to me afterwards but haven't received any yet. Therefore, no time has been booked for a return visit either.
Extremely happy that I was recommended this by my friend during pregnancy! Have taken several sessions during pregnancy and postpartum which have helped me tremendously to relieve my problems during these times. The therapists are very knowledgeable and along with every massage session I was also recommended exercises along with detailed explanation of problem and their recommended solution, which have helped me feel informed and regain my strength post delivery. Highly recommend the place and special thanks to my highly professional and knowledgeable therapist Josefine.

If you dont want to risk being forced to pay, if you get sick, you should not book a treatment here. Even though covid has been in our lives for over a year John Carrier sticks with they're 24h policy. My pregnant wife got a high fever during the night and contacted them. After some back and forth communication via email and phone they keep on referring to their 24h policy and if they dont find a new Customer for her scheduled time she would need to pay anyways. The last call she had with them she pointed out once more that she is sick and had no choice other than rescheduling. The man talking with her was very unfriendly, yelling at her and referring once more to the 24h policy. I understand that they have a 24h policy and why they have it. But in these covid times show some understanding and humanity! I have no insight in how their treatments are. But yelling at a sick pregnant customer is probably the worst customer service i have heard about! Based on that, i would not recommend this place!
